1. Controller

The operator of LabelOps Lab determines the purposes and means of processing personal data associated with this website.

2. Scope and privacy-first design

LabelOps Lab provides calculation and planning tools without user accounts, a backend calculation API, a database, advertising or profiling. Values entered into calculators are processed locally in your browser. We do not receive those values merely because you perform a calculation.

3. Hosting and delivery through Cloudflare

This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. To deliver and protect the website, Cloudflare may process request and security data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, user agent, protocol information, response status and security events.

The purposes are reliable delivery, protection against abuse and attacks, troubleshooting, and the security and integrity of the service. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are the secure, efficient and reliable operation of this public website.

Cloudflare acts as a processor where it processes customer personal data on our behalf. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum provides contractual safeguards, including the applicable EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Cloudflare's current sub-processors may also receive data where necessary to provide the service.

We do not maintain a separate server access-log database. Cloudflare retains operational and security data only as required under its service configuration, contractual terms, security needs and applicable law. Further information: Cloudflare Privacy Policy, Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum.

4. Calculations, exports and clipboard

Calculator inputs and results remain in browser memory. JSON and CSV files are generated locally using browser functions and downloaded directly to your device. Copy buttons use the browser clipboard only after you activate them. LabelOps Lab does not receive the copied content.

5. Shareable job-planner URLs

The job planner can create a URL containing the values you entered. A URL is created only when you choose the share function. Anyone who receives it can read those values. When such a URL is opened, its query parameters form part of the web request and may be processed in Cloudflare request or security data. Do not place personal, confidential, customer-specific or trade-secret information in a job name or shared URL.

6. Cookies, device storage and privacy-first analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled to provide aggregated page-view, referral and performance information. Its beacon is loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com. According to Cloudflare, Web Analytics does not collect or use visitors' personal data, does not use cookies, localStorage or other client-side state, and does not fingerprint individuals. The LabelOps Lab application code does not run advertising trackers or create user profiles.

Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies when a security or challenge feature requires them. No consent-management banner is used because there are currently no optional device-storage operations or advertising tracking to accept or reject. This policy and the consent design must be reviewed before advertising, affiliate tracking, embedded third-party content or other analytics technology is enabled.

7. External links

Links to external documentation open resources controlled by their respective providers. Data is transferred to an external provider only when you follow such a link. The provider's privacy information then applies.

8. Legal bases and provision of data

Technical request data is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR as described above. You are not contractually or legally required to provide calculator data, and the tools can be used without creating an account. There is no automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

9. Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may contact us at the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.

10. Security and changes

We use HTTPS and security controls provided by Cloudflare and the browser platform. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We update this notice when the service, providers or legal requirements change.
